The following forms are for use during the trial and for submitting trial documentation to CARO. Trial applications are submitted through the Trial Application menu option; no additional form is required.

Application to hold a trial
To hold a trial, an individual or organization must complete and submit a Trial Application. Applications will not be approved if another organization within 250 km has an approved CARO trial on the same date.
Approvals will be emailed to the addresses included in the application.
Any changes to the requested trial or questions should be addressed to dataentry@canadianrallyo.
Sponsorship Program
CARO provides sponsorship funds to support:
- Introducing CARO to new and/or remote areas where there are few judges available.
- Providing Shadow/Cooperating Judge assistance to persons in pursuit of becoming a judge.
- Current judges & judge candidates in remote areas and small organizations to achieve their judging requirements.
